Fidelity Investments Inc. is hiring a Financial Services Representative to support customers via inbound calls and in-person Investor Center interactions. The role includes paid training to obtain SIE, Series 7, and Series 66 licenses, with a mix of remote work and one day per week in the Investor Center.

You will build financial knowledge, deliver excellent customer service, and pursue a wealth management development track for advancement.

Qualifikationen

• Experience in customer service (phone or in-person) and an ability to thrive face to face with clients in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to learn quickly and adapt to FINRA licensing requirements.
• Comfort with advising customers and handling financial products in a regulated setting.

Aufgaben

• Answer customer questions and support inbound calls while studying for FINRA licenses.
• Spend four days at home and one day in an Investor Center during onboarding, then transition to on-site work.
• Develop advisory skills and progress along a wealth management development track.
