What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)

• Engage each caller by phone with responsiveness, care, and concern
• Instill confidence in customers regarding the handling of their information and the importance of their experience
• Guide customers through a scripted interview process, ensuring accurate capture of responses in reports
• Maintain strict confidentiality of all reports, both internally and externally
