Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalence required, some college a plus
• Successful customer service and/or sales experience required
• Previous experience in a retail bank or related industry preferred
• Prior cash handling experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Engage customers in financial needs-based conversations and assist with transactions and product openings
• Deliver exceptional customer experience and build relationships through meaningful conversations
• Identify opportunities and generate referrals to internal and partner channels
• Resolve complex banking and customer service issues in collaboration with other teams
• Follow processes and comply with policies and regulations to operate the branch efficiently
• Assist other associates within defined authority and support branch management
• Participate in and support the bank's strategic growth plans
• Meet or exceed sales goals by identifying needs and offering suitable products
• Pursue career development through training and coaching
• Attend bank events to boost visibility and new customer acquisition
