Carter Bank is hiring a Financial Services Representative in Clarksville, VA. You will be the first point of contact, handling daily transactions, educating customers on self-service options, and routing them to the next steps to meet their financial needs.

You will build relationships, drive referrals, and support branch goals while maintaining compliance and delivering exceptional service in a busy retail banking environment.

Qualifications

• Requires high school diploma or equivalent, some college a plus.
• Experience in customer service and/or sales preferred.
• Retail banking or related industry experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Process transactions and servicing, open accounts and refer to partners.
• Deliver excellent customer experience through proactive engagement and solutions.
• Identify customer needs and generate referrals to internal/external partners.
• Resolve common account/customer issues and escalate when needed.
• Follow policies and contribute to a well-run branch.
• Support branch growth and customer acquisition through events and outreach.
