Partners Professional is currently assisting our client in locating candidates for an Account Associate with an insurance company. Our client has two offices in York and Harrisburg PA. This position is a direct hire with a salary base and commission structure. As an Account Associate in you will use a customer-focused, needs-base review to process and educate customers about their insurance options and guide them in selecting services and offerings that might be best for them. The selected candidate will focused on sales through the standard process of the company and be either experienced in insurance sales or highly capable of learning about the product and service offerings to be presented to customers.

Candidates should be either bilingual Spanish/English fluently or strong intermediately.

Qualifications:

• Life and Health insurance license Pennsylvania and preferably a P & C license as well or ability to obtain
• Sales Experience within insurance or financial services
• Strong Communication skills in both Spanish and English required
• Presentation skills verbally, in person, via phone or virtually
• Analytical skills to interpret financial data, business math
• Development of leads, building relationships and closing business
• A bachelors degree is a plus in finance or similar field
• MS Office Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
