Hybrid role with in-Office 2 days (AZ Thursday & Friday or Ohio Wednesday & Tues/Thurs). Must be located within 35 mile radius of either the Columbus, Ohio or Scottsdale, Arizona office locations.
Public Money Out processing role.
We are looking for a detail-oriented individual with a preference for candidates who have processing experience in financial services. While call center experience is beneficial, this role does not involve a high call volume.

As a Representative, you'll provide timely, efficient service for an assigned product and/or service center internal and external customer. You will ensure that we are providing extraordinary care to our customers through workflow management and meeting all required service level agreements.
May perform other responsibilities as assigned.
Reporting Relationships: Reports to Operations Division Manager or Service Team Unit Manager.
Education: High school studies. Undergraduate studies desirable. Participation in technical coursework such as LOMA, CLU, ChFC desirable.
License/Certification/Designation: FINRA Series 6 license preferred, may be required based on product/line-of-business or distribution system.
Experience: One to three years of product-related customer service work preferred.
Knowledge, Abilities and Skills: Knowledge of office practices, customer service, information systems, and insurance/financial services industry practices. Effective communication, analytical, problem resolution, decision-making, and collaboration skills.
Other criteria, including leadership skills, may take precedence. Staffing exceptions require approval.
Demonstrates Nationwide Values regularly and consistently.
Overtime Eligibility: Non Exempt (Eligible)
Working Conditions: Normal office environment. Associates must acquire necessary licenses/registrations within designated timeframes. Failure to do so may result in ineligibility.
