CPM Federal Credit Union in Greenville, SC is seeking a Financial Services Representative to deliver exceptional member service while actively cross-selling our financial products. The role requires availability Mon-Thu 8:00–5:00 and Fri 8:00–6:00 with a starting pay of $22.50 per hour.

You will handle inquiries on accounts, loans, payments, transfers, rates, and certificates, and participate in our incentive plan.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service skills and a friendly demeanor.
• Strong verbal and written communication for phone, email, and chat.
• Ability to cross-sell financial products and services.
• Knowledge of credit union loan services and policies is a plus.

Candidates must be available Monday - Thursday 8 am - 5 pm, and Fridays 8 am - 6 pm.

• Provide top-notch member service.
• Handle a wide range of member inquiries, including account statements, loans, payments, automatic transfers, interest rates, investment certificates, and more.
• Use your promptness, courtesy, and expertise to ensure our members' questions and problems are resolved accurately and efficiently.
