Charles Schwab is seeking a Financial Services Representative to handle inbound client calls, deliver personalized guidance, and help clients reach their financial goals. You will train through Schwab Service Academy, earn SIE and FINRA licenses, and participate in a compensation plan that includes base pay plus bonuses.

Starting pay during training is $52,900 with a 10% annual bonus, with potential to reach $61,700 in the first year upon licensing and performance.
