Job summary

Charles Schwab Careers is seeking a Financial Services Representative to serve as the trusted voice on the other end of the line, handling inbound calls and providing personalized support. The role includes paid training in Schwab Service Academy and licensing efforts (SIE, FINRA Series 7 & 63).

Starting compensation is $52,900 during training, with a potential total compensation of about $60,390 in the first year, including evening and weekend shift boosts and a 10% annual bonus opportunity.
