Schwab is seeking a Financial Services Representative to be the trusted voice for clients, answering inbound calls, listening actively, and delivering personalized support.

You’ll train in the Schwab Service Academy to earn SIE and FINRA Series 7 & 63 licenses, with opportunities for higher compensation including evening, overnight, and weekend shifts.

Starting pay during training is $52,900 per year, with potential to reach $60,390 in the first year and a 10% annual bonus.

Qualifications

• Previous customer service or client relationship experience.
• Bachelor's degree or higher.

Responsibilities

• Answer inbound calls and deliver personalized support with clear, empathetic communication.
