Job summary

Charles Schwab is seeking a Financial Services Representative to answer inbound calls, educate clients, and deliver high-quality service. You’ll participate in paid training to earn SIE and FINRA Series 7 & 63 licenses, positioning you for growth within Schwab’s financial services ecosystem.

The role offers starting compensation during training with a clear path to higher earnings. After training, evening, overnight, and weekend shifts may apply, with opportunities for remote work on qualifying

• Work a shift schedule that may include evenings, overnights, and weekends (post-training).
