Training in Schwab Service Academy will prepare you to earn SIE and FINRA licenses, with opportunities to grow as you achieve performance-based pay enhancements.

Starting at $52,900 during training with a 10% annual bonus and potential increases up to the mid-60k range in the first year, depending on licensing and performance.
