Job summary

Qualifications

• At least two years of customer service experience in financial services.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills; able to work with members and staff.
• Experience with Windows PC applications (Outlook, Excel, Word).
• Able to handle multiple tasks and maintain professionalism.

Responsibilities

• Provide in-person and digital service to members and process loans.
• Promote and cross-sell bank products to deepen member relationships.
• Assist with loan processing and handle high call volume.
• Maintain knowledge of all products and services and online banking tools.
• Support branch operations and travel to other branches as needed.
• Ensure compliance with bank policies.
