Job summary

Sequoia Financial Group, a growing Registered Investment Advisor in Northeast Ohio, is seeking a skilled recruiter to join our team in Dublin.

You will partner with managers, source top talent across financial services, and own the full recruiting lifecycle from posting roles to offers.

Ideal candidates have a Bachelor's degree, 5+ years in recruitment, and proven ability to engage passive candidates while maintaining high-quality hires in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent required.
• 5+ years in recruitment with proven success.
• Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and decision-making skills.
• Experience recruiting passive candidates and understanding financial services.
• Knowledge of compensation plans and ability to explain them to candidates.
• Ability to build rapport with senior-level candidates.
• Proven experience conducting various types of interviews (phone, video, etc.).
• Advanced knowledge of job boards, internet search, HR recruiting platforms and candidate management systems.
• Strong organizational skills, able to multitask with deadlines and attention to detail.
• Experience handling 7–12 open roles at once in a team environment.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with internal management to understand departments' hiring needs.
• Use multiple sourcing methods to find quality candidates.
• Assist with employment branding and maintenace of the careers site with marketing.
• Maintain behavioral interview guides and prepare managers for interviews.
• Screen resumes, interview, and manage candidates through the process to offers.
• Track interview status and update records in internal systems (ADP).
• Maintain offer letter templates and facilitate creation of offers.
