Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 5+ years’ experience in recruitment.
• Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and decision-making skills.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with internal management to understand hiring needs.
• Source and screen candidates across multiple channels.
• Promote employment branding and maintain the careers site with marketing.
• Prepare interview guides and assist with offers and negotiations.
• Track interview progress and update internal records (ADP).
• Create and manage offer letters and templates.
