Qualifications

• Proven ability to handle high-volume calls and difficult conversations.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Drive and close loan sales by taking applications and explaining terms.
• Conduct substantial daily outbound outreach for collections and new business.
• Manage delinquent accounts and set payment arrangements.
• Assist customers in person with loan applications and tax services.
• Process payments, account updates, and document activity in systems.
• Follow policies and regulatory requirements; complete required training.
