Job summary

Integrity in Urbandale, IA seeks an Operations Coordinator to support financial advisors by processing new account applications, account changes, and service requests. You will respond to inquiries and assist with regulatory obligations, contacting advisors and clients as needed.

Qualifications

• Financial industry experience preferred.
• High school diploma or GED and at least 1 year working with a broker-dealer, RIA, or insurance.

Responsibilities

• Process new account applications, changes, and service requests daily.
• Communicate with Financial Advisors/clients by phone or email to resolve incomplete or bad-order items.
• Enter client personal and suitability information into the Books and Records system and support regulatory mailings.
• Provide customer service to Financial Advisors and clients via written correspondence, email, phone, internet, and fax.
