Responsibilities

• Produce and maintain Advisory Accounts and resolve related items.
• Support brokerage operations including New Accounts, Money Movement, and Maintenance.
• Handle escalations with internal teams and compliance.
• Respond to inquiries via Salesforce, email, mail, and phone.
• Cross-train teammates on workflows and queues.
• Communicate issues and resolutions to leadership.
