Job summary

Integrity is seeking a Money Desk Specialist in Des Moines, IA to support advisors and clients with money movement requests and operational tasks. The role handles distributions, wires, ACHs, account transfers, and trade orders, delivering timely, accurate service in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of experience working directly with a broker-dealer, RIA, or insurance organization.
• Minimum of 4 years of client service, operations, or related experience in the financial services industry.
• Bachelor's degree from an accredited four-year college or university, or an equivalent combination of education, training, and relevant work experience.
• FINRA Series 7 required within the first six months of employment; Series 65 or Series 66 preferred, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Process daily operational requests including distributions, check requests, wire transfers, ACH setups, cost basis inquiries, account transfers, transfer delays, and trade orders.
• Support advisors by answering questions related to paperwork requirements, firm policies, procedures.
• Serve as a liaison between advisors, clients, and account custodians. Clearly communicate custodian and firm requirements to facilitate timely processing and minimize Not-In-Good-Order (NIGO) submissions.
• Proactively research, analyze, and resolve operational issues to ensure a seamless client and advisor experience.
• Collaborate closely with internal departments to support customer service initiatives, resolve issues, and contribute to projects and process improvements.
