Qualifications

• Experience managing office operations or administrative functions in a professional services or financial environment.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
• Proficiency with office software, CRM systems, and document management tools; comfort learning new technology platforms.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with attention to detail and accuracy in documentation.
• Knowledge of or interest in retirement, Social Security, and Medicare planning is beneficial.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and support teams, build collaborative working relationships, and resolve operational issues.
• Understanding of basic compliance and confidentiality requirements in a financial or advisory setting.
• Associate or Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, management, or a related field preferred, or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily office operations and support efficient delivery of financial services.
• Manage workflows, scheduling, and administrative processes for timely client onboarding and follow-up.
• Coordinate with financial advisors and maintain/improve operational procedures for compliance.
• Handle paperwork processes: generate/process paperwork, monitor metrics, optimize systems/tools.
• Manage vendor relationships and office resources; collaborate on operational planning.
• Potential growth path toward VP Operations, SVP Operations and COO.
