ICCU is seeking a Community Development Officer in Spokane to lead the Community Development team, build relationships, and drive promotional events. You will be the face of ICCU in the community, coordinating with departments to deliver products and services.

The role emphasizes leadership, travel readiness, and the ability to manage multiple projects while maintaining member privacy and ICCU membership eligibility. Competitive benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• Valid Driver’s License and access to a company vehicle.
• Knowledge and experience in business and economic development.
• Independent and organizational skills.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality of Credit Union and member records.
• Eligible for ICCU membership.

Responsibilities

• Organizing promotional and community events and attending them to facilitate their success.
• Developing new relationships and strengthening existing relationships to enhance ICCU’s reputation.
• Hitting monthly new member and referral goals.
• Managing multiple projects under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Partnering with other departments to deliver ICCU’s products and services.
• Creating a positive, adaptive sales culture for future modifications.
