WealthBridge Financial Group in New York is seeking a Managing Director who will both produce and build, leading a team of Financial Professionals and expanding the firm’s advisory practice.

You will recruit, train, and develop advisors (minimum 8 hires per year), maintain personal production in life insurance and annuities, and deliver holistic strategies to clients while partnering with CPAs and attorneys.

Qualifikationen

• Proven leadership and recruiting experience in financial services.
• Strong production background in life insurance and/or annuities.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to build and scale a business.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.

• Build and lead your own team of Financial Professionals.
• Actively recruit, train, and develop new advisors (minimum 8 hires per year).
• Drive performance through coaching, mentorship, and accountability.
