JLL is seeking a results-driven sales professional to build strategic pipelines and drive growth in the financial services and CRE sectors. You will map target accounts, plan proactive prospecting, and craft tailored client engagement plans in collaboration with sales and marketing teams.

Qualifications

• Experience building pipeline and/or selling to financial services.
• Ability to think strategically and map accounts.
• Proven track record in CRE, facilities management, or SaaS/Proptech sales.

Responsibilities

• Help craft Blue Sheets per targeted account.
• Plan and set prospecting strategies for targeted accounts.
• Create client engagement plans and account maps with sales/marketing teams to run campaigns and plays.
• Prepare briefs for Solution Development, Client Growth, and executives using research tools.
• Anticipate needs of stakeholders and shape research and account strategy accordingly.
• Field inbound leads and launch outbound prospecting campaigns for the team.
• Secure meetings with senior leaders in prospective organizations.
• Coordinate with brokers for unified outreach across target accounts.
• Translate findings into real estate and facilities ops opportunities.
