Job summary

Thrivent Financial seeks an Executive Assistant/Client Service Administrator to support the Lead Advisor in Sioux Falls. The role handles client communications, scheduling, documentation, and planning support, ensuring compliance with policy and regulatory standards.

In-office position with travel, compensation $52,000–$54,000 annually. Growth track includes licensing opportunities (South Dakota Life/Health, FINRA SIE/7/66) with study costs covered by the practice.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of administrative assistant or other relevant job experience required.
• Financial services, banking, insurance, or wealth management experience preferred.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and maintain a high quality of work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Maintain organized client records and documentation in alignment with policies and regulatory requirements.
• Support advisors with financial planning preparation and client materials.
• Develop proficiency in key tools including Salesforce, Morningstar, MoneyGuidePro, and DocuSign.
• Process client service requests, paperwork, transfers, and compliance documentation.
• Document client meeting notes in Salesforce and maintain follow-up records.
• Coordinate client communication and scheduling and manage tax return/document requests.
• Support advisor efficiency and a seamless client experience throughout planning.
