South Bay Wealth Advisors is an independent Thrivent practice seeking an Associate Financial Advisor to support a Lead Advisor in investment planning, insurance solutions, and ongoing relationship management.

You will work closely with clients, participate in meetings, and assist with marketing initiatives and community outreach, with a clear path for long-term growth.

Qualifications

• Experience in financial services as a licensed advisor.
• Licensing requirements as listed (Series 7/66 or 7/63/65; insurance licenses).

Responsibilities

• Support clients through investment planning and insurance solutions.
• Assist in meeting preparation, research and follow-up communications.
• Open and process product applications and trade orders as needed.
• Contribute to marketing initiatives and community-building activities.
• Collaborate with advisors to implement product changes for clients.
