The Executive Assistant/Client Service Administrator provides high-level administrative, operational, and client service support to the Lead Advisor of a seasoned Financial Advisor and practice in the Sioux Falls area. This role helps drive practice efficiency by managing client communication, scheduling, documentation, financial planning support, and workflow coordination while maintaining compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements. The Executive Assistant/Client Service Administrator reports to and is employed by the Financial Advisor. This position is an in-office position with some travel.
Compensation is $52,000-54,000 annually.
Benefits include: Comp time, PTO, Holiday pay, Retirement contribution annually, optional disability policy Immediate growth track in this position to obtain South Dakota Life and Health Insurance Licensing, FINRA SIE/7/66 as well. All costs associated with study materials and exams will be covered by the practice.
