Qualifications

• 2+ years of administrative assistant or equivalent experience.
• Experience in financial services preferred.
• Proficient with MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Able to learn new business tools quickly.

Responsibilities

• Maintain organized client records and documentation aligned with policies.
• Support advisors with financial planning prep, analysis, and materials.
• Develop proficiency in listed business tools (CRM, planning software, DocuSign).
• Prepare and track client service requests and account paperwork.
• Document client meeting notes in Salesforce and maintain follow-ups.
• Coordinate client communications, scheduling, and tax return/document requests.
• Support advisor efficiency and a professional client experience.
