TEKsystems is seeking a Customer Service Representative in Golden Valley, MN for a 12-month contract-to-hire opportunity. The role supports Financial Professionals with guidance on products, policies, procedures, and account inquiries.

The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, has strong communication skills, and is eager to build a career in financial services. Training will cover 6 weeks classroom, 3 months of guided phone training, and a 3‑month Capstone period.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 2 years of customer service experience in a professional environment.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to multitask and navigate multiple systems.

Responsibilities

• Handle 60-70 inbound calls daily from Financial Professionals.
• Research and communicate policy and procedural information accurately.
• Support inquiries related to annuity and life insurance products.
• Assist with policyholder benefits, claims, and new business processing.
• Provide support with registration and system navigation.
• Follow up on outstanding requests and inquiries as needed.
• Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service excellence.
• Accurately document interactions and adhere to established procedures.
