Responsibilities

• Serve a high volume of client interactions by phone, email, in-person and mailings.
• Assist Financial Advisors and branch staff with administrative tasks and reporting.
• Open new client accounts and verify client and security information.
• Prepare letters, forms and client reports to support servicing and prospecting.
• Maintain CRM records and support marketing events and client-facing initiatives.
