Qualifications

• A High School Diploma is required.
• 1+ years Securities industry or related work experience preferred.
• Strong communication across multiple platforms (phone, email, in-person).
• Ability to manage multiple tasks with changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsabilités

• Serve high volume of client interactions by phone, in person, or virtually.
• Open new client accounts and verify client data in internal systems.
• Prepare letters, forms, and reports to service clients and support advisors.
• Maintain CRM records and assist with marketing events and client communications.
• Enter orders as directed by Financial Advisors and track TASK deadlines.
