Qualifications

• Must have 1+ year securities industry or related experience.
• Experience onboarding and opening client accounts.

Responsibilities

• Serve as first contact for high-volume client interactions across phone, email, in-person, and virtual channels.
• Support Financial Advisors and branch staff with administrative tasks.
• Onboard new clients and open accounts using internal systems.
• Ensure client information complies with firm and regulatory requirements.
• Prepare schedules, reports, and materials for client meetings.
• Maintain records using CRM and other databases.
