Training runs Mon–Fri 9a-5:30p ET, with open availability required across the week. You will assist with policy guidance and account issues to support customers’ financial needs.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of call center experience.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient with de-escalating situations.

Responsibilities

• Provide clients and/or internal partners with clear, complete responses at point of call.
• Deliver quality service by supporting internal partners and external customers.

• Navigate multiple applications to research products and resolve account issues.
