Cetera Financial Group is seeking a Service Professional for our St. Cloud, MN location. The role focuses on delivering exceptional client service, handling complex issues, and supporting brokerage operations and system navigation.

A training period may lead to a hybrid work arrangement. You will manage escalated inquiries, maintain CRM records, and collaborate with team members while ensuring quality call handling and timely follow-up.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of call center experience.
• 1+ year of proficiency with Microsoft Office tools.
• Must have High School diploma or GED.
• Demonstrated experience delivering excellent problem resolution, organizational and follow up skills.
• Success driven personality.

Responsibilities

• Handle complex and escalated issues from financial professionals and customers.
• Provide support to clients in brokerage operations, advisory accounts, transfers, direct business, etc.
• Assist clients with navigation and use of Broker/Dealer systems.
• Maintain minimum call handling requirements and quality scores.
• Record each call accurately in the CRM tool.
• Work independently within the team to assist callers without outside help.
• Participate in special projects as assigned.
• Provide training support on department processes and system navigation.
