Heights Finance, part of the Attain Finance family, is seeking a Financial Service Representative in Oklahoma City to deliver top-notch customer service and build lasting relationships while promoting financial products. This role offers growth through hands-on training and mentoring.

You will handle inbound calls, educate customers on loans, and collaborate to resolve past-due accounts, all within a compliant, collaborative team environment.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required; college coursework or degree is a plus.
• Experience in customer service, sales, or consumer finance preferred but not required—we’ll train the right candidate!

Responsabilités

• Deliver exceptional service to both new and existing customers, guiding them through the loan process with care and professionalism.
• Drive sales growth by using consultative techniques to educate customers on financial products and services.
• Engage customers with inbound and proactive outbound calls to attract new business and promote offerings.
• Support delinquency management by collaborating with customers on past-due accounts and offering solutions.
• Learn and grow through hands-on training and one-on-one mentoring.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory guidelines and company policies to protect customer information and assets.
