Qualifications

• Two or more years experience preferred in financial sales environment.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Intermediate PC skills; MS Office and Windows required.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Detail oriented with strong mathematical skills.
• Schedule to include extended branch and Saturday hours.
• Ability to travel throughout the branch network.
• Bilingual: English and Spanish, highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Provide quality customer service and cross-sell products to members.
• Staffing assistance at branches within a 15 mile radius as needed.
• Process financial transactions including deposits, withdrawals, transfers.
• Verify identity and prevent fraud.
• Open new accounts and handle related platform functions.
• Assist with loan applications and funding processes.
• Support branch sales objectives and cross-sell products.
• Adhere to BSA regulations and training.
• Perform other duties as required.
