Job summary

Goldenwest Credit Union is a premier non-profit financial cooperative serving Utah and Idaho. A part-time Financial Service Representative position is available, with duties including currency transactions, opening new accounts, and consumer loan support.

Salary is $15.00 per hour, based on experience, plus bonus and incentive. Benefits include paid time off, tuition reimbursement, retirement, and more, with typical hours Mon-Fri 8:30 AM–6:15 PM and some Saturdays.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Prior retail or consumer lending experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Cultivate and effectively manage long-term, trusting relationships.
• Complete teller transactions.
• Open new accounts.
• Process consumer loan applications. Assist members by phone while business is being developed.
• Pair corresponding credit union products and services with members’ financial needs.
• Provide consistent member follow-up.
• Comply with all regulations as required by law.
• Actively participate in continuing education related to credit union career development.

What You Can Expect

Our Financial Service Representatives eagerly assist members and prospective members with currency transactions, opening new accounts, and consumer loan needs.

Location, Schedule Availability & Salary Information

• 1554 West Pleasant Grove Boulevard, Pleasant Grove, Utah 84062
• Typical hours of operation are Monday through Friday 8:30 AM – 6:15 PM, rotating Saturdays 8:30 AM – 2:30 PM
• Part-time, 25 hours per week
• $15.00 per hour, based on experience and performance + Bonus + Incentive
