Job summary

Goldenwest Credit Union in Sandy, Utah is seeking a part-time Financial Service Representative to assist members with currency transactions, new accounts, and loan needs. You will engage with members in a friendly, professional manner and help grow member relationships.

The role offers 25 hours per week at $15.00 per hour, plus bonus and incentive opportunities, with a benefits package including PTO, tuition reimbursement and retirement options.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required.
• Prior retail or consumer lending experience preferred.
• Part-time availability: 25 hours per week.

Responsibilities

What You Can Expect

Our Financial Service Representatives eagerly assist members and prospective members with currency transactions, opening new accounts, and consumer loan needs.

Location, Schedule Availability & Salary Information

• 7923 S 1300 E, Sandy, UT, 84094
• Typical hours of operation are Monday through Friday 12:00 PM - 6:15 PM, rotating Saturdays 8:30 AM - 2:30 PM
• Part-time, 25 hours per week
• $15.00 per hour, based on experience and performance + Bonus + Incentive

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

• Provide consistent member follow‑up.
• Comply with all regulations as required by law.
• Actively participate in continuing education related to credit union career development.

Experience, Education & Certification

• High School Diploma
• Prior retail or consumer lending experience is preferred.
