The Financial Service Representatives (FSRs) provide quality member service by handling financial needs such as account transactions, loan applications, opening new memberships, and IRAs. They also manage account maintenance requests, assist with discrepancies, fraud disputes, wire transfers, account closures, etc. FSRs maintain knowledge of products and services to support sales efforts and consult with members to match products to their needs.
The duties include:
This role requires expertise in executing complex financial transactions, managing member accounts, and processing loan applications with accuracy and compliance. FSRs leverage product knowledge to provide tailored solutions, exceed quality benchmarks, and uphold service standards. As a non-NMLS position, it does not involve detailed discussions of Home Equity Lines of Credit or Mortgage Loans but contributes to branch success and member satisfaction.
