The customer service representative will be responsible for answering client inquiries, providing product information, and assisting customers by being informative, empathetic, and eager to resolve issues quickly. Must be willing to listen, learn, and address any customer inquiries effectively.

Customer Service Job Duties and Responsibilities
  1. Provide excellent customer care by assessing customer needs and offering appropriate solutions, troubleshooting, or guidance for a positive experience.
  2. Manage incoming calls, emails, chats, and interactive voice response systems.
  3. Learn and adhere to all customer service procedures and policies.
  4. Strive to meet and exceed personal and team targets.
  5. Record, organize, and file customer interactions and account changes.
  6. Upsell products or services when appropriate.
  7. Schedule callbacks and appointments to resolve customer needs.
Requirements
  • Previous experience in customer support, client services, sales, or related fields.
  • Excellent communication skills across phone and digital platforms.
  • Basic computer skills and experience.
  • Ability to multitask effectively.
