Job Description:

Our Financial Service Representatives (FSRs) provide quality member service by professionally handling financial needs such as performing account transactions, completing loan applications, opening new memberships, and managing IRAs. They also handle account maintenance requests including discrepancies, fraud disputes, wire transfers, and account closings. Maintaining knowledge of products and services, FSRs support the credit union's sales efforts by consulting with members to match products to their needs.

The responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

1. Completing applications for loans, new memberships, accounts, and IRAs.
2. Handling all account maintenance requests.
3. Supporting sales efforts with product knowledge.
4. Consulting with members to tailor financial solutions.
5. Delivering exceptional service across all communication channels.

This role requires expertise in executing complex financial transactions, managing member accounts, and processing loan applications with accuracy and compliance. The FSR leverages product knowledge to provide tailored solutions, exceed quality benchmarks, and uphold service standards. Note that this is a non-NMLS position and does not involve detailed discussions on mortgage products.
