Job summary

CPM Federal Credit Union in Beaufort-Port Royal is seeking a Financial Services Representative to deliver outstanding member service while driving cross-sell of credit union products. You’ll handle inquiries on accounts, loans, payments, transfers, and rates, and you’ll use your courtesy and expertise to resolve questions quickly.

The role requires a Monday-Thursday 8am-5pm and Friday 8am-6pm schedule, with starting pay of $22.50 per hour and a monthly incentive plan.

What You’ll Do:

• Provide top-notch member service.


• Handle a wide range of member inquiries, including account statements, loans, payments, automatic transfers, interest rates, investment certificates, and more.


• Use your promptness, courtesy, and expertise to ensure our members' questions and problems are resolved accurately and efficiently.

• Strong knowledge of Credit Union loan services, policies, and procedures is preferred.
