Job summary

CPM Federal Credit Union is seeking a Teller Supervisor at the Greer Branch to lead a team of tellers and ensure exceptional member service while safeguarding cash operations. Ideal candidates bring five years of teller experience (or two years plus related retail or customer service roles) and a proven ability to supervise, balance cash, and enforce banking policies in a fast-paced environment.

This role requires flexibility with hours and a commitment to accuracy, compliance with GLBA/FFIEC,

Qualifications

• Five years of Teller experience; or two years of work experience comprised of one year of Teller experience combined with retail/sales, customer service experience and/or college/vocational schooling.
• Knowledge of supervisory practices and principles.
• Strong attention to detail and precision in financial transactions.
• High school diploma or equivalent

Responsibilities

• Supervise and train a team of tellers to ensure efficient and accurate cash handling and exceptional customer service.
• Oversee daily operations, including opening and closing procedures, cash balancing, and vault management.
• Monitor teller performance, provide feedback, and address any performance or behavior issues in a timely manner.
• Collaborate with the branch manager to develop and implement strategies to achieve branch goals and targets.
• Maintain a strong knowledge of banking products, services, and procedures to assist customers with their inquiries and transactions.
• Ensure compliance with banking regulations and internal policies.
• Verify cash when overages/shortages occur, assist tellers when balancing problems occur.
• May be responsible for branch openings/closings.
• Reasonable flexibility around scheduled work hours.

Candidates must be available Monday - Wednesday 8 am - 5 pm, Thursday 8 am - 7 pm, and Fridays 8 am - 6 pm.

The minimum starting pay for this role is $47,730.00. At CPM Federal Credit Union, we consider experience, skills, and internal equity when determining final compensation.
