TEKsystems is seeking entry-level Financial Services Reps in a hybrid Phoenix area role. You will be the first point of contact for financial advisors, guiding them through accounts, processes, and tools to support client growth.

Training is provided and after training you will work on a hybrid schedule. This full-time, direct-hire opportunity offers opportunities for licensing and career development within a large financial services organization.

Entry Level Financial Services Rep Job Description:

As a Financial Services Professional you are often the first point of contact for financial advisors who rely on you to help them serve their clients and grow their businesses. Each day, you'll handle a high volume of inbound calls and inquiries from financial advisors, helping them navigate account questions, operational processes, technology tools, and service requests. Advisors are often working under tight deadlines, so responsiveness, professionalism, and problem-solving skills are critical.

Entry Level Financial Services Rep Required Experience:

• Must have an interest in Financial Services

• Minimum 1-3 years of customer service or call center experience

• Previous banking or financial services experience a plus

• Sign on bonus available for candidates who have already obtained their SIE

Entry Level Financial Services Rep Additional Info:

Entry Level Financial Services Rep Hours:

• Training: Mon-Fri from 7:30am - 3:30pm for 4-6 weeks

• After training must be available for any schedule Mon-Fri between 5:00am - 6:00pm

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $25.00/hr.
