Job summary

Pacific Life in Omaha is hiring Financial Customer Service Representatives to handle high-volume inbound calls from policyholders and financial professionals while training to obtain SIE and FINRA Series 6.

During the first 8 weeks, the onsite program is fully paid with dedicated study time and support. After designation, employees transition to a hybrid schedule with one in-office day per week, helping customers with policy transactions and product details.

Qualifications

• No FINRA registrations required at hire; sponsorship is provided for SIE and Series 6.
• Strong customer service skills and a professional demeanor.

Responsibilities

• Handle 50–60 inbound calls daily from policyholders and financial professionals.
• Provide guidance on policy transactions, account activity, and product details.
• Research and resolve service requests with accuracy and professionalism.
• Process requests and document interactions in internal systems.
