Job summary

DCSA's Chief Financial Officer is seeking a Financial Management Analyst to support the Risk Management and Internal Control program. You will help interpret and develop financial management policy, evaluate internal control structures, and assist in audit readiness for the agency.

Specialized experience includes federal accounting, risk assessment, and remediation of audit findings, with ability to document end-to-end processes and track corrective actions through CAPs.

Qualifications

• Specialized experience in federal financial management and audit readiness.
• Ability to interpret and develop financial management policies and guidance.
• Experience assessing internal controls and IT controls.
• Experience documenting end-to-end business processes and risk assessments.
• Ability to analyze audit findings and develop corrective action plans.

Responsibilities

• Support RMIC program execution and policy development.
• Evaluate internal control structures and financial systems for data integrity.
• Assist in preparing for agency audit readiness and compliance.
• Analyze findings, perform root cause analysis, and track CAPs.
