Job summary

Qualifications

• Four-year combination of education, training, and/or experience in administrative tasks.
• Interviewing and data gathering to inform eligibility determinations.
• Ability to analyze information and apply standards.
• Experience with desktop technology and spreadsheets.

Responsibilities

• Investigate initial cases and gather demographics and employment data.
• Determine medical insurance obligation and initiate notification.
• Analyze information to determine health insurance availability and costs.
• Support field staff with payments distributions and accounting tasks.
• Maintain obligation and insurance data in the CSEME system.
• Prepare periodic and ad hoc reports for agents and management.
