Job summary

CFS, a global organization, seeks a Financial Reporting & Technical Accounting Manager to strengthen our worldwide accounting function. You will drive technical accounting research, prepare memos, and work with cross-functional teams across 100+ countries and 1,200+ employees.

The role collaborates with Big4 firms, supports consolidation and reporting, and partners with FP&A/GL teams on complex pronouncements. NetSuite and Excel are key tools in daily work.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting; MBA welcomed.
• CPA or CMA certification.
• 5+ years of experience in public accounting or industry.
• Experience in SaaS, technology, IFRS and GAAP.

Responsibilities

• Research technical pronouncements and write memos and white papers.
• Collaborate with a Big4 CPA firm on complex matters.
• Support global business units on complex accounting issues.
• Coordinate with FP&A and GL teams on pronouncements.
• Prepare monthly cash flow statements and ad-hoc leadership reporting.
• Assist external auditors during annual audits; review reconciliations.
• Work with NetSuite and MS Excel for reporting.

Responsibilities For The Financial Reporting & Technical Accounting Manager

• Researching Technical Pronouncements & Writing Memos and White Papers
• Collaborate with BIG4 CPA Firm on super complex matters
• Work cross functionally to support all business units globally on complex accounting matters
• Work with the FP & A and General Ledger Teams on any complex accounting pronouncements
• Financial Reporting - Prepare monthly cash flow statements along with Ad-Hoc reporting for leadership
• Business Combination experience with any acquisitions
• Work with external auditors for Annual Audit requests and reporting
• Research and Review Complex Reconciliations
• Software - NetSuite & MS Excel

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting | MBA | Masters Welcomed

• 5+ Years of Experience between Public Accounting & Industry

Salary: $115,000 - $135,000 Base depending on experience
