Job summary

CFS is seeking a Financial Reporting & Technical Accounting Manager to join a global organization with 100+ countries and 1,200+ employees. You will lead complex technical accounting, coordinate with Big4 on intricate matters, and drive accurate financial reporting across all business units worldwide.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years of public and industry experience, CPA or CMA, and strong SaaS/GAAP/IFRS expertise.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting; MBA/Masters welcomed
• CPA or CMA
• 5+ years of experience between public accounting & industry
• SaaS, technology, IFRS, GAAP experience

Responsibilities

• Researching technical pronouncements and writing memos
• Collaborate with Big4 CPA firm on complex matters
• Cross-functional work to support all business units globally
• Work with FP&A and General Ledger teams on pronouncements
• Prepare monthly cash flow statements and ad-hoc leadership reports
• Experience with business combinations
• Coordinate with external auditors for annual audits
• Review complex reconciliations
• Experience with NetSuite and MS Excel

Responsibilities For The Financial Reporting & Technical Accounting Manager

• Researching Technical Pronouncements & Writing Memos and White Papers
• Collaborate with BIG4 CPA Firm on super complex matters
• Work cross functionally to support all business units globally on complex accounting matters
• Work with the FP & A and General Ledger Teams on any complex accounting pronouncements
• Financial Reporting - Prepare monthly cash flow statements along with Ad-Hoc reporting for leadership
• Business Combination experience with any acquisitions
• Work with external auditors for Annual Audit requests and reporting
• Research and Review Complex Reconciliations
• Software - NetSuite & MS Excel
