Job summary

Revity Energy is seeking an Accounting Manager to lead day-to-day financial operations across multiple entities in the renewable energy and construction sector. You will oversee month-end close, treasury, job cost accounting, and intercompany processes to ensure accurate reporting and strong internal controls.

The role requires deep experience in project costing, construction payroll compliance, lien waivers, and GAAP-level accounting.

Qualifications

• Experience managing accounting for multiple entities in construction or renewable energy.
• Strong knowledge of job cost accounting, budgets, and WIP schedules.
• Familiarity with lien waivers and certified payroll compliance.
• Ability to lead a team and coordinate cross-functionally.

Responsibilities

• Lead month-end and year-end close with journal entries and reconciliations.
• Oversee treasury, cash management, and intercompany funding for 65+ entities.
• Manage project and job cost accounting, including WIP schedules and revenue recognition.
• Oversee construction draw management, lien waivers, and subcontractor compliance.
• Lead accounts payable oversight and vendor/payable processes.
• Support internal controls, audits, and consolidated reporting.
