You will partner with cross-functional teams, assist external audits, and lead special projects as needed, maintaining strong internal controls and timely reporting in a dynamic corporate environment.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance or equivalent work experience.
• 5 years of financial reporting and analysis experience in a large public company or audit environment.
• Experience with SEC reporting and GAAP disclosures preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Prepare quarterly Form 10-Q and annual Form 10-K.
• Support design/enhancement of financial reporting systems.
• Draft MD&A sections and GAAP/SEC checklists to ensure compliance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enable proper accounting/reporting.
• Assist external audits and lead ad-hoc financial projects.
